Welcome to Salon 11.10! My name is Karissa, I’ve been a hair stylist for about 12 years and have recently branched out on my own and opened my suite Salon 11.10. Cancellation Policy
Things of course unexpectedly come up and schedules change. I ask that you cancel or reschedule before 24 hours of the appointment. Any appointments cancelled 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to 50% of the service total. Any appointments cancelled the day of or no show will be charged 100% of the service total.
Late policy: again I do understand things happen that we cannot control, if more than 15 minutes late to the appointment the service may have to be adjusted and I will perform only what the remaining time allows me to do in order to keep my schedule running on time and fair to the next scheduled client.
There are some larger services that require a non refundable deposit. If In the case you must cancel your existing appointment and have left a deposit your deposit will go towards the new appointment.
